Ob vpisu otroka v vrtec star\u0161i oz. zakoniti zastopniki izpolnijo potrebno dokumentacijo, in sicer:<\/p><ul><li>VPISNI LIST \u2013 izpolnjeno vlogo oddate v vrtcu: <a href=\"https:\/\/vrtec-crensovci.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/VPISNI-LIST-2026-2027.pdf\">VPISNI LIST 2026-2027<\/a><\/li><li>VLOGO ZA ZNI\u017dANO PLA\u010cILO VRTCA oz. VLOGO ZA UVELJAVLJANJE PRAVIC IZ JAVNIH SREDSTEV dobite v knjigarni ali na povezavi na spletu \u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/e-uprava.gov.si\/storitve\/\">http:\/\/e-uprava.gov.si\/storitve\/<\/a>;<\/li><li>Vloge oddate na Center za socialno delo Lendava;<\/li><li>POTRDILO PEDIATRA (po opravljenem pregledu otroka oddate potrdilo v vrtcu, najkasneje pa, ko ga za\u010dne otrok obiskovati).<\/li><\/ul><p>V primeru, da je \u0161tevilo vpisanih otrok vi\u0161je od \u0161tevila prostih mest, o sprejemu otrok v vrtec odlo\u010da Komisija za sprejem otrok, kar je v skladu z 20. \u010dlenom Zakona o vrtcih. Star\u0161i so o vklju\u010ditvi otroka v vrtec obve\u0161\u010deni pisno.<\/p><p>Pred prihodom otroka v vrtec star\u0161i z vrtcem podpi\u0161ejo pogodbo, ki dolo\u010da medsebojne obveznosti in pravice. V primeru, da pogodbe ne podpi\u0161ejo pravo\u010dasno, otroka ve\u010d ne vodimo v evidenci vpisanih otrok v vrtec.<\/p><p>IZPIS OTROK<\/p><p>Kadar star\u0161i otroka izpi\u0161ejo iz vrtca, morajo izpolniti IZPISNICO, ki jo dobijo v vrtcu. Oddati jo je potrebno vsaj 14 dni pred \u017eelenim datumom izpisa. Otroka je potrebno izpisati tudi pred odhodom v \u0161olo.<\/p><p>Z ZUJF (Uradni list RS, \u0161t. 40\/12) je bil dopolnjen Zakon o uveljavljanju pravic iz javnih sredstev (novi 42. c \u010dlen), zato star\u0161i, ki otroka redno izpi\u0161ejo iz vrtca, niso ve\u010d upravi\u010deni do subvencije vrtca do konca koledarskega leta, saj jim po izpisu CSD razveljavi Odlo\u010dbo o dolo\u010ditvi zni\u017eanega pla\u010dila.<\/p><p>To pomeni, da v primeru rednega izpisa otroka iz vrtca, ob morebitnem ponovnem vpisu v katerikoli vrtec v istem koledarskem letu, Odlo\u010dba o zni\u017eanem pla\u010dilu vrtca, ki so jo star\u0161i \u017ee prejeli, ne bo veljala ve\u010d. Star\u0161i bodo morali poravnati polno ceno vrtca.
